WATSON LAKE

You can find Watson Lake just outside of Laporte, Colorado in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Part of the lake is used as a fish hatchery while the rest is open for public use. You don’t need a permit to be married at this location, and with plenty of beautiful views, you can be married along the banks of the Poudre River or along the shoreline of the lake. Both are easily accessible by dirt roads and pathways.
